The TOTAL
CONTROL System
Total Control
is a high tech self defence
system founded by Master Lawrence Lee in 1966. This is the only
designer combat system in the world. It is not traditional and not
eclectic (combined style).
It was designed to give students TOTAL
SAFETY and ability to manage,
contain and control much larger opponents in any situation.
Total Control
is based on scientific certainty and superior technology,
that is realistic and practical. It is unconventional, direct, in your
face and lethal.
You can call it scientific dirty fighting.
There are 3 levels of selection according to the gravity of the
situation. They are:
- Restraint
(no punches fired, just containment through control points in the body)
- Underkill
(internal punches and kicks) on muscles and joints, no permanent damage
- Overkill
(take no prisoners, high pressure strikes on vital areas)
Total Control
has 3 components :
1)
Superior Technology,
2) Tough Body and
3) Tough Mind.
